World Class Service. Boutique Brokerage.
Cambridge Yacht Group started as the Massachusetts office of Northrop and Johnson in 1969 in Marblehead, the sailing capital of the east. Today the office is located in Boston on historic Long Wharf. This location is central to every major marina in Boston and only minutes from Logan International Airport.
Steve Doyle is the principal of the office and launched Cambridge Yacht Group in 2013. We welcome your interest in both power and sailing yachts. We are as equally adept at handling the sale and purchase of modestly sized boats as we are in the management of transactions involving larger yachts of international distinction. Similarly, our charter department will provide professionalism that exceeds your expectations.

Steve Cassidy, Broker
Growing up on the one square mile peninsula of Houghs Neck, literally surrounded by Boston Harbor and the Islands, it was no surprise when Steve took to the sea. Moving up from boatyard skiffs to haze gray ships, at 17 he enlisted in the Navy as a Quartermaster. Striving to become an expert in the art of navigation, a successful career as a sailor came naturally. Spending his entire career overseas, it was time to return home. After an intense course of study at the International Diving Institute, Steve returned to New England as a hardhat diver and licensed captain. When not diving he could be found on campus at UMass studying Environmental Earth and Ocean Science, or skippering a number of charter vessels sharing his passion for the scientific and historical treasure we have in Boston Harbor. Today, he uses his personal core values of honesty, hard work and commitment to deliver the best relationship possible to his clients.

HARALD SUNDAL, BROKER
Born and raised in Sheapshead Bay, Brooklyn, I gained my love of the sea from my father who spent his entire career on the water. I was privileged to spend most of my summers on a lake in NJ boating in addition to cruising the local waters of NY.
I joined the Navy and was assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Saratoga, CV 60 while awaiting Nuclear Power Training. I was assigned to the Auxiliaries Division as Spare Parts Petty Officer and watchstander. Made preparations for a Med (Europe) tour and departed for Spain with the ship. Spent many weeks cruising the Med until it was time to return for school.
The next year was spent in intensive classroom and watches qualifying nuclear watch stations. After completion I was assigned to the USS Andrew Jackson (SSBN 619) Gold. There I spent the next 4+ years patrolling the Atlantic and Arctic Oceans. The last couple months of my tour I was assigned to the USS Trepang until my discharge.
I have always had a love of and passion for the water, whether it be the ocean or lakes. There is nothing more peaceful and relaxing than being on or near the water. It revitalizes and invigorates the soul.
Brokerage is a natural extension of my love for and passion boating in all forms. I take great pride in helping clients attain their dream of owning a vessel, no matter how big or small. I provide unsurpassed service before, during, and after the sale.
